Joseph Testa, President, has over 23 years of business management experience and has past success in taking start up companies from inception to well established business ventures. For the past 8 years, Mr.Testa had the responsibility to create, grow, and develop a complete financial services organization for a major financial service and brokerage company. During this time he won many awards and recognition as one of the firm’s leading managers in the country. He is also a Financial Advisor, and holds many Securities, Insurance, and Real Estate Licenses. Mr. Testa has a BS in Accounting from Susquehanna University.

Susan Catanoso, Chief Financial Officer, is experienced with all aspects of accounting and finance and has provided these services to both large and small firms. Ms. Catanoso received a BBA in Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Cum Laude.

Sherry Miller, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has spent the past 3 years as the youngest female financial planner for a major financial service and brokerage company. During this time Ms. Miller was recognized for outstanding regional production. She is also active in the community. Ms. Miller received a BS in Psychology from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

David Catanoso, Chief Technology Officer, has over ten years of information systems consulting/development experience. He is also an experienced manager and small business owner. Mr. Catanoso received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

James Anderson, Senior Developer, is a seasoned upper-manager who is experienced in the areas of Software Engineering, R & D, product and project management and operations. Mr. Anderson received a BA in Economics from the Virginia Military Institute.
