Account Executive

Description:
  • Generate new sales revenues through new and current product offerings within an assigned Territory
  • Responsible for attainment of monthly and yearly revenue goals
  • Provide monthly Sales Forecasts for the assigned Territory
  • Maintain a customer renewal rate consistent with the National average
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through training events and customer support
  • Support the National Sales Goals through local and national events and conventions
  • Generate and maintain strong business relationships with the representatives of the local Board of Realtors and MLSs
Requirements:
  • Proven success in selling multiple products
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-disciplined and highly motivated
  • Computer literacy/familiarity with MS Word/Excel/Internet
  • Real Estate experience a plus!
